Our presentation was very well received by the COSCA/NACM
Joint Technology Committee.  The
committee directed  and me
to present the finished product at the end of September to its Standards
Subcommittee with the understanding that ECF 3.0 will receive expedited review
and approval to enable pilot and interoperability testing to commence as
quickly as possible.
