During the recent ABA annual convention, the House of Delegates updated
the ABA Guidelines for Court Automation in a resolution which was
cosponsored by the Judicial Division and the Section of Science and Law
Technology. I will attempt to obtain a copy and post it to the list. I
think it may address some of the issues that Dallas has raised.
