 has posted
all of the artifacts for ECF 3.0 except for the
specification itself and the messaging profiles.  The IEPD
includes sample instances of the schemas. 




Comments on the domain model, GJXDM
mapping, GJXDM and extension schemas and sample
instances, and the WSDL must be posted to the list by
the close of business on October 27^th.  Voting members who do not post comments will be deemed to have approved these artifacts. 



We are close to completing ECF
3.0.  These products require close and
detailed review by all TC members at this critical
juncture in the development effort.
