Because of the time pressure on us to complete our work on ECF 3.0, and I have decided to hold a conference call tomorrow to discuss:
- The web services messaging profile - The portable media messaging profile - The Summary and Introduction
The call details are as follows:

I will also post KAVI ballots that will close on Tuesday, November 15th allowing us to take formal action approving ECF 3.0 as an OASIS committee draft in five pieces:
- The core specification - The signature profiles - The web services messaging profile - The portable media messaging profile - The Summary and Introduction
We hope that most TC members will be available to participate in tomorrow’s conference call. I urge any of you who cannot be present to post to the list prior to the conference call your comments on the three documents to be discussed.
