the LegalXML Member Section Steering Committee has appointed and elected representatives that require your review this year.
There are also three at-large seats eligible for nomination (all three seats are currently open). These at-large members provide for community-wide representation in addition to the committee-specific representation on the Steering Committee.
Nominations for the at-large seats start on September 1 and will close on 15 September. NOTE the policy does not provide for the nomination period to be extended--all nominations MUST be received by September 15.

If there are more than three nominations, voting will take place 16-30 September via a closed ballot. Otherwise, the at-large candidates are automatically selected and will hold their seat for two years.
