I had been working on language clarification in Don's documents, but have
run out of time to tackle Patrick's suggestions. Here is what I have done to
give it a little more durability and tighter wording. I lean towards more
explicit organizational mandates and processes so placing limits on a
leadership group perpetuating itself and getting out of touch with the
members.  Call me a Federalist, but checks and balances are critical when
folks are not in agreement.

My only concern right now with the dissolution of LegalXML Inc. is that we
have not yet reached the levels of communication with prior active
participants who were willing to give time to a list but not money to an
organization. Getting people to join and securing broad-based participation
beyond the CourtFiling group remains an aspiration. We are creating charters
and forming new workgroups. I think we need to start planning a promotional
campaign to our constituency while we still have active e-mails on files.
Our goal to should be to substantially increase participation in the
discussion and in organizational memberships.
