Speaking for the contracts group alone, please use just "eContracts"
for now.  I decided to be a bit more explicit in the title of the
Charter, but there is no reason not to use the short-hand (I believe
everyone now knows what "e" stands for).  There was some desire to
drop the "e" from our name during the discussion phase, and I intend
to revisit that idea after we get started.  But for now, please stick
with "eContracts".  It would not bother me if other TCs decided to
select a different usage.
