Dan,

I would like to keep this change to a single issue, the steering committee.
This has dragged on too long! 

I think the IP policy issue is handled by the need for steering committee
approval. Adding more language will not help.

The change to force it into live meetings downstream may be a good idea.
However, at this time this is not the culture! I do not want to drive
another wedge at this point in time. The organization has to heal and grow
some more. A TC could request the steering committee to allow for an
experiment based on you proposal. I am not sure of the response.


I would like to show more on our mission and goals. I am willing to do some
authoring and editing on such a document. There is a lot of value to the
goals we codified before!
