Thank you Karl for your update.

SC Members,

Attached is an updated ROP reflecting the requested change from the OASIS
Board. I pose that we accept the changes and move on to the election
process.

Per the January meeting of the Steering committee. I will draft a voting
information letter for both the TC and at large pools and get it out next
week.

I strongly suggest that we still move forward with the invitation of TC
chairs to our meeting of 3/11/2003 from 4-6 pm EST.
