In the meeting of March 11th, we targeted a meeting for today at 3:00 PM EST. This meeting is to begin work on a strategic plan for the member-section. Due to my error this was not scheduled. I propose that we target Thursday April 3rd 2003 from 4-5 PM EST. I will extract the mission statement from our legacy and will prepare a straw outline for the meeting to go out by end of day Monday March 31st along with the conference call phone number.
