Hello, everyone,

We have re-scheduled the Steering Committee telephone conference call meeting to Monday, December 1, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (1:00 p.m. Pacific). Don Bergeron had asked us to plan for up to 90 minutes for this meeting. Accordingly, here are the particulars for the call:

I realize that not everyone may be able to join the meeting on this date and time. However, of those who responded, it appeared we would have a quorum for the meeting if it is held on December 1^st.

As a reminder to Don Bergeron and to give everyone a heads-up about some reading material we may need to cover before the meeting, I'm providing an excerpt from the October 30 meeting's notes:

"...Don said he encourages everyone to read through material that he will soon get posted to the Web site, as it may be a springboard for the Mission and Charter discussions. He committed to get some historical documents together that he can send to us to help give us background information."

I hope everyone will try to participate in this meeting on December 1^st. Again, I apologize for my role in not getting our planned November 20 meeting actually set up.
