Hello, 
everyone,
 
Here are the 
notes from today's meeting. Please let me know of any changes or corrections 
that need to be made before these are approved (at our next 
meeting).
 
At our 
meeting today, we decided to ask that everyone attending the New Orleans 
Symposium should send me their cell phone numbers, which I will compile into a 
list and share with all Steering Committee attendees. Please send me your cell 
number -- but it was requested this be sent to me directly ([email protected]) 
and not via a reply to the whole Steering Committee list. 

 
Also, if you 
have particular preferences or restrictions regarding dinner, if you let me know 
what they are, we'll try to keep them in mind as we make reservations for a 7:15 
p.m. Tuesday, April 27, dinner meeting for our Steering Committee. I assume 
we'll need to meet somewhere relatively close to or in the hotel. The plan is to 
meet over dinner and, if needed, to adjourn to a room Don Bergeron's boss has 
reserved for his company where we would complete our agenda. The tentative 
agenda is in the attached meeting notes.
 
I will 
consult with John Greacen and we will be in touch about specific dinner plans. 
Also, if there is a need to meet or check in on Monday, we'll let you know about 
that. I'm assuming all are staying in the Marriott, unless you tell me 
differently.
