Could we deal with the funding request by email vote at a date convenient for purchasing tickets and then meet
at our normal time if it is more convenient to Roger?

I'm available for one hour on June 2 but I have another meeting at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time.
(However, the  Steering Committee meeting could go on if someone else finishes the minutes.) We could also
make the IJTC request the principal agenda item for June 2 and hold June 9 in reserve if it's needed to
complete other business items. 

I will confirm with OASIS that the telephone bridge is available for us on those dates and reserve the
2^nd Tuesdays well into the future, unless there's a move soon to meet on a different
cycle.

John,

The funding request by the IJTC would cover travel costs including airfare.  For the best fares, it
is generally recommend that you book at least 2 weeks in advance.  I am available for the dates and times
you suggested for the regular meetings but the June 9th meeting is less than 2 weeks before the meeting. 
For this month, can we meet on June 2nd instead?

The last couple of conference calls were at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern) and were on a
Thursday and a Wednesday.

I recommend that we set the 2^nd Wednesday of each month, 11:00 a.m. Eastern time as a regular
monthly meeting day/time.  We could have additional meetings as needed.

This would mean that our next meeting would be on Wednesday, June 9^th.  Does that
provide enough lead time before the June 21 meeting of the IJTC?
