Thanks for the clarification.

If the intent is to post a current version of LegalXML's Rules of Procedure,
then we should update statements such as:

"The LegalXML Member Section Steering Committee will be formed..."

"Initially, the LegalXML Member Section Steering Committee will be comprised
of members from the current LegalXML, Inc. Board of Directors..."

"Beginning ninety days after the first official meeting of the fourth Legal
XML Member Section Technical Committee..."


If, however, you think people appreciate that it's an historical document,
and you want to continue to provide it in that context, then we can leave it
alone.
