Subject: Budget request from Electronic Court Filing Technical Committee

Here is the estimated cost of a two day face to face for the
requirements subcommittee of ECFTC in Seattle (where two of the
four members live).  The members are Jim Cabral, Tom
Clarke, Dallas Powell, and John Ruegg.  

 

Airfare at $500 x 2 tickets (Dallas, John) = $1000

Hotels at $175 per night x 2 X 2 (Dallas, John) = $700

Miscellaneous expenses for all of us (mileage, taxis, meals,
etc.) = $500

 

Total for a two day face-to-face = $2200.

 

I ask that the Steering Committee approve this request by
email so that the planning can move forward expeditiously.  

 

At the request of any member I will create a formal ballot
or convene a conference call.
