I attach a very much revised request for proposals and
example statement of work for the proposed consultant.

 

I propose to sent this to all members of the LegalXML Member
Section, inviting them to apply, to post the request for proposals on sites or
lists where it may attract the attention of interested and qualified persons,
or to refer it to friends, colleagues or acquaintances who may be interested
and able to assist the Member Section.

 

I plan to post the document by the end of this week end, so that
potential applicants will have two weeks to learn of and respond to the
opportunity.

 

Please provide me with your feedback as soon as possible.
