Debi – I am sending this message to you rather than to
Jim.  I am unwilling to distract him from his treatment for this sort of administrative
issue.

 

This is the second time in as many requests in which we have
not received a quarterly activity report from your TC.  The Member Section
quarterly report notes your non responsiveness.  

 

Are you prepared to provide temporary leadership for the TC
until Jim is able to pick up the ball again? You have a face to face meeting in
Las Vegas in December to plan and conduct.  Do you need
help from the Member Section?  If so, what sort of help?

 

Thanks for giving thought to these issues.
