Dan -- I am delighted to hear of the progress of the Contracts TC and
look forward to your specification.

I am copying Jamie Clark so that he can give us his input on the second
part of your message -- getting help from OASIS in involving some of key
vendors in vetting the specification before it is submitted for approval
as an OASIS standard.  

I hope you are well and that you are recovering from the election.  I
commend your Colorado and Ohio efforts.

We will work with Dave Marvit to get future status reports from the TC.
