Subject: Re: [legalxml-sc] Request for vote on pending matters

John et al.,

Please note my approval of item #1.

As for #3, I don't know if it is proper for me to approve my own expense
reimbursement for the face 2 face so I think I'll recuse myself on that
one.

On item #5, although we feared that Zoran Milosevic might not be able to
to attend the eContrcats face to face meeting in SF at the end of
September, he did manage to juggle commitments at the last minute and
attend. His presence was invaluable.

Some time before the meeting I asked the committee to approve some funds
for our distant (Australian) members to join us. When putting together a
cost estimate I made the mistake of not 'guessing high' just in case
Zoran was, in fact, able to attend. When he was able to make it to the
meeting we were caught short of approved funds. I'd like to ask the rest
of the group to join me in approving the request for $433.01. This will
cover some of Zoran's expenses.

Thanks,

Dave Marvit

and 5 until Las Vegas if anyone so requests.
