I will not be able to attend due to a critical design meeting that stomped my calendar.
Here is the proposal to shutdown legislation and begin a new TC starting with a discussion list request for mid January.

We will be recommending the closure of the TC and the creation of a new one on Legislative and Regulatory Compliance per these two documents. I will be posting these to the list later today.
