Our next teleconference is scheduled for next Wednesday from 2:00 to 3:00 pm Eastern time.

Please note that I have sent in our 4^th quarter 2004 report to OASIS.

Please also note that Patrick just sent out a message on the final IPR policy adopted by the OASIS Board. Please review it prior to the meeting.

These are the items that I have identified for discussion:

- What to do with $1,290 that I received from Jim Keane. The minutes suggest, but do not state, that I should endorse the check to OASIS and send it to Patrick.

- Status of the ACS IP issue

- Setting a firm schedule for our new publications and reports objective

- Preparation for New Orleans

- When shall we hold our Steering Committee face to face?

- We (along with the other Member Sections) have been asked to provide a report to the OASIS Board of Directors on 4-27-05 from 9:00 to 11:00 am. I am available to make the presentation, but we should agree on who should make it, who should attend, and what the content should be.

- I remember an email that all TCs will be asked to make a 2-5 minute presentation during the OASIS symposium on their activities, but I cannot find it on my system. Does anyone else remember getting notice of this? Do we need to make sure that all of our TCs make appropriate presentations? Do we want to “Brand” them?

- Designation of Scott Edson as Member Section liaison to the UBL TC

- Review of the new IPR policies

- Any unfinished business with Patrick and Jamie
