I attach the LegalXML Member
Section ROP, as amended by the OASIS Board earlier
this year, with a proposed amendment adopting the Royalty Free on Limited Terms
IPR mode for all LegalXML
Member Section TCs, subject to the two
year transition policy for TCs in existence at
the time the new IPR policy was adopted.  I welcome your comments and suggestions.
