I have a 10:00 am flight tomorrow, so will not be able to attend the call.  However, if permitted, please accept this email as my proxy vote to support (vote - yes) on approving the proposed MTG contract to complete the ECF 3.0 specifications under a "not to exceed" $29,980 time & materials agreement.
