Perhaps we could offer to furnish a printed certificate if a recipient
would like us to. Otherwise, an interested recipient could print one
himself/herself.

Does anyone have a strong feeling one way or the other?

Do you then not need me to make a hard copy printout of the
certificates? Instead you'll present them at some occasion
electronically? (I personally don't expect to be attending any
occasions prior to E-Courts in December, if that.)
