With the way we are recognizing revenue, and a little over a month we will have realized all the revenue necessary for court filing’s requests. Soon thereafter we would begin realizing and being able to disburse revenues and support of the contracts group. Is this true? Am I missing something? I believe that our revenue realization rate is between 2500 and $2800 per month. Unlike in past years we are no longer paying for the telephone bridge. I believe that our fixed recurring expenses are minimal. It is likely that we could begin supporting the contracts group in a reasonably meaningful way in short order.
Under the assumptions of the assumptions above, and the above being our aim I support John’s proposal.

My proposal for consultant funding is as follows:
The Member Section allocate $8,000 to ECFTC and $8,000 to eContracts TC. The remaining $5,000 in budgeted consultant services remain unallocated for the time being.
The ECFTC be funded by the first $8,000 in Member Section revenues that become available. OASIS act immediately to amend the current MTG contract to provide these services to ECFTC.
The eContracts TC be authorized to enter into a consultant contract and to begin obtaining consultant services immediately, with the understanding that its contractor will be paid as the Member Section accrues additional revenues.
