Dear StC, I'm not certain that we need to add this to the agenda but I wanted to send you the data you requested in terms of contracting OASIS staff to accomplish event goals and/or recruiting goals. Jane is principally involved in all events and I am responsible for outreach. Please see this last thread regarding events: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/legalxml-sc/email/archives/2009 01/msg00007.html. I've not seen other feedback but we are obligated to the Board to justify our dues allocations. Both Jane and I can be contracted for 60USD per hour. I think we need to decide how many hours you would like to commit to each or just one. At first glance, I believe me may need at least 6 hours per month for each activity, which would result in a total commitments of 9,640 total for the next 12 month cycle. This is strictly your decision as the StC. You may decide to re-allocate time either way. Will we have time to chat about this tomorrow?
