Monica, The ECF TC has set the agenda for our face-to-face meeting on October 3 in Long Beach, California (in conjunction with the Court Technology Conference) as follows: 1. LegalXML Member Section and Steering Committee update 2. Proposals for new LegalXML committees (LegalRuleML, ParliamentXML) 3. NIEM update – summary from NIEM National Training Event and XSTF 4. Feedback from ECF implementers and new use cases a. Bankruptcy updates b. Federal updates c. Non-court filings (e.g. LA County) 5. Future versions of ECF 6. Outreach opportunities 7. Future of ECF TC 8. Future of LegalXML Member Section – merger w/ egov? Are you planning to attend the Court Technology Conference?  If not, are you available and interested in attending the TC meeting?   Several members of the TC were wondering if the Member Section could fund travel expenses for you and Robert O’Brien to attend the meeting and speak to the proposals for new LegalXML committees and the future of the Member Section.   With all three of us in attendance, this would also enable us to schedule a face-to-face meeting of the Steering Committee.   Thanks, James E.
