Robert and Monica, In response to Scott' s request for a 2012 budget for the LegalXML Member Section, I have drafted the attached budget based on the following assumptions: 1. We will try to meet annually face-to-face - I tentively scheduled it for December 2012 in conjunction with the E-Courts conference. 2. We will attempt to launch a new TC focused on e-discovery. While the 2011 funds were approved at our last meeting and now set, the 2012 allocations are suggestions for consideration at our meeting Wednesday. However, Scott needs this Monday so please provide any feedback by Monday noon Eastern.
