The member RuleML.org has asked to continue their membership without making a dues contribution. OASIS enables these special considerations as a budget decision of the Member Section, empowering the Steering Committee to evaluate the expense as compared to the benefit of their participation to your work. Please undertake a vote in the next SC meeting to consider the $1210 expense as part of your 2014 Spending.
