As Monica writes, both expenditures were approved in the SC 2017 budget. If there are no objections, I would approve disbursement of the funds per the invoices submitted. If you have any questions regarding the 2017 budget a copy of the minutes from our conference call meeting last January is attached with those expenditures listed in the appendix. James E.
