Hi all, Apologies for “yelling” in the subject line but we need a vote ASAP. First, I am proposing the following modified LegalXML 2019 budget for each of the TC’s. TC Budget modification amount proposed ECF $                      4,500 LegalDocML $                      5,000 LegalRuleML $                      4,500 LegalCite $                      2,000 Litigant Portal $                      4,000 SC Outreach/Publicity $                      5,000 Total $                    25,000 Amount Available $                    25,086 Difference $                            86 As you can see, I have been able to increase the amount of funding for each of the TC’s.  I have also included $5,000 for the Steering Committee to develop marketing and training materials.  We can also use this funding for a new Webinar. Second, I need to have approval for the expenditure of $2,099.28 for audio visual equipment rented from PSAV for the ECF TC face-to-face meeting at the eCourts Conference in Las Vegas, December 12-13.  That expense was put on my personal credit card. So two votes: Approve new proposed budget Approve the AV expense for ECF One other item.  I believe that we approved the expenses that Monica submitted?  If not, please let me know.
