Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (MQTT-342) Maximum Packet Size - value to be sent [set] to zero and more

Brian Raymor commented on MQTT-342:
-----------------------------------
Errr ... This is an odd requirement. Why is the second time the charm for the Server to behave?
1101 ... The Server MUST NOT retransmit the offending packet on a subsequent connection in
1102 keeping with the restriction that it was prohibited from sending the oversized packet in the first place.
