1784 ... The presence of a Reply Topic identifies the Message as a *Request*.

1795 Refer section 4.10 for more information about how request / response works.

It would be helpful to share this reference earlier? I paused at "Request" and then looked for a definition in Terminology. 

Perhaps cut 1795 and change 1784 to:

The presence of a Reply Topic identifies the Message as a Request (Refer to section 4.10).
