Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (MQTT-382) Consistency: If QoS=0, QoS is 0, or QoS is set to 0

Rahul Gupta commented on MQTT-382:
----------------------------------
Preference is to use QoS 0 , QoS 1 and QoS 2 when used individually.
If there are multiple values which could be assigned then use QoS level 0,1 or 2.
I have made it consistent across the document.

> I'm only using QoS as an example.
> I find it easier to read this style especially if multiple bits impact the logic:
> 3163 session with a non-zero Session Expiry Interval. It is common to send Request Messages at QoS=0 and
> than the other variations.
> What the editorial preference? And then consistency should be applied.
