That looks pretty good me. �My only comment:

- I'd probably leave the grammar in 8.1 alone, since it is a little confusing (in this case I think the [facetValue] production of custom facets is just�

Toby's change which messed up code blocks and turned them into bullet lists also still needs to get fixed. �I am not sure what Toby's version actually was - looks like nothing but alignment changes, in which case we might be better off branching this change off the previous version.
