"Changes from version 1.9. Suggest removing the "new" items that are then marked "moved to another document" unless it is part of a more general statement. Perhaps "All specific details about encoding have been moved to a separate specification: "Common Encodings for OBIX" which includes XML, EDX, Binary, JSON, and COAP". Table also implies that HTTP content negotiation is *only* in REST document. Is this true?
