Suggest adding language to make the behavior more clear. (This is all in lines 1909-1912) Perhaps these sentences should be elevated to a bullet point, but in any case, it requires more direct and explicit language.
Also, the bullet points are each important. Suggest converting to a numbered list.
Also, it is unclear how to indicate alternate delimiters, alternate quotes, etc.
