SPEC: line style for footnote separator (14.2.20)

The footnote separator currently has the following attributes:
width, rel-width, color, adjustement, and distance before/after.

It seems to be lacking a line style attribute, in order to have a dotted
or dashed line, which at least KWord has (or does this make no sense?).
