The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.


* ODF 1.0 errata document

A vote to approve "ODF 1.0 Errata Draft 2"

as a "Committee Draft" per OASIS TC process 3.5 (a) was conducted.

All 8 attending TC members that have voting rights voted with "yes". The 
vote required a full majority. The TC has 12 members with voting rights, 
which means that a full majority is reached by 7 "yes" votes. The "ODF 
1.0 Errata Draft 2" therefore was approved as a committee draft.


A vote to confirm that the corrections indicated in "ODF 1.0 Errata
Draft 2" do not constitute a Substantive Change per OASIS TC Process 3.5 
(b) was conducted.

All 8 attending TC members that have voting rights voted with "yes". The 
vote required a full majority. The TC has 12 members with voting rights, 
which means that a full majority is reached by 7 "yes" votes. A full 
majority of the TC therefore has confirmed that the "ODF 1.0 Errata 
Draft 2" does not constitute a Substantive Changes.


A vote to submit "ODF 1.0 Errata draft 2" for Public review according to 
OASIS TC Process 3.2, with recommendation that the external stakeholder
JTC1/SC34 be notified was conducted.

All 8 attending TC members that have voting rights voted with "yes". The 
vote required a full majority. The TC has 12 members with voting rights, 
which means that a full majority is reached by 7 "yes" votes. The 
submission of the "ODF 1.0 Errata draft 2" for Public review therefore 
has been approved.


* New Proposal Process

All attending TC members agreed that that the vote to adopt the "New 
Proposal Process" as standing rule should be conducted on the revised 
version of 2008-07-20:

A vote to adopt the "New Proposal Process" in the above version as 
standing rules of the ODF TC, per ODF TC Process 2.9. was conducted.

All 8 attending TC members that have voting rights voted with "yes". The 
vote required a full majority. The TC has 12 members with voting rights, 
which means that a full majority is reached by 7 "yes" votes. The "New 
Proposal Process" therefore was adopted as TC standing rule.


* proposal for ODF 1.2: extension of vertical relation values for
certain anchor types

was started. During the collection of the votes a discussion of the 
proposal itself was started. Since the meeting time exceeded, the vote 
was adjourned to the next meeting.
