As far as I can tell, I think this is correct.  There is some related discussion here:

So, I propose labelling FISHER as a synonm for ATANH, and FISHERINV as a synonym for TANH.
We have synonyms in a few other cases, for clarity, so this would be another case.

Thus, I propose that this be RESOLVED.
