Broken out from bulk issue OFFICE-790

CORREL, PEARSON and COVAR need to be passed at least 1 number in each of their NumberSequence arguments.
STEYX at least 3 numbers (already defined).
Dimensions of sequences must be equal for all CORREL, PEARSON, COVAR and STEYX.
