PRICEMAT constraints read

Constraints: Rate, AnnualYield, and Redemption should be greater than 0.

The function has no Redemption parameter. Furthermore, the constraints should be reformulated as

Constraints: Rate >= 0, AnnualYield >= 0

If both are 0, the return value is 100.
