specification text of 19.779.3 and 19.779.4 is correct and the same. Thus, these sub chapter can be merged into one sub chapter.

Replace specification text by
"The text:condition attribute value is a Boolean expression. Depending on the result of the evaluation of the expression the paragraph containing the <text:hidden-paragraph> element may be hidden or displayed - for details see [reference to chapter of <text:hidden-paragraph> element]."
