Michael,

Just so we are clear:

Remove references to (19:644).

Use expression rather than formula. (Do we replace other uses of formula with expression as well?)

Should it read:

expression is an expression without a namespace prefix and the equals "=" (EQUALS SIGN, U+003D) at the beginning. 

(Don't we then need a reference to Part 2 that defines what is meant by expression?)
