Michael, I think we need to add the requested language but sparingly. For meta:table-count all producers should produce an identical count of <table:table> elements. That is not implementation dependent. On the other hand, meta:syllable-count is very implementation (and locale) dependent. I will go through all the meta:*-count attributes.
