Public Review Request for ODF 1.2 CD 05

Hi Mary,

the OpenDocument TC by an electronic ballot has approved
OpenDocument v1.2 Committee Draft 05 and has further voted
for submitting the committee draft for public review. I therefore
request the that public review for OpenDocument v1.2 CD05 is set up.
