Considering that there is no such mechanism, and no GRDDL transformations have been contributed to the ODF TC, I would say the rewording is not helpful.

I observe that the anticipational implementation in our hands does provide this attribute and it points to a location on the OASIS site for which there is no resource to satisfy the URL.  Tsk.
