Element <text:index-source-styles> contains the all the styles/classes for a certain outline level, which is specified by this attribute.

The specification text of section 8.10 already has been changed in latest version "OpenDocument-v1.2-cd05-part1-editor-revision_02" - http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/download.php/39078/OpenDocument-v1.2-cd05-part1-editor-revision_02.odt
