Note to JIRA editors: please don't remove a NEEDS-DISCUSSION from the Summary field if you assign such an issue the Component "Needs Discussion" because in that case the corresponding filter in the OpenFormula Dashboard http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10056 doesn't find the issue anymore.
