In Excel is no IFNA, but IFERROR does the following, provided that cell A1 is empty:
=IFERROR(1/0,A1)  => result 0
=IFERROR(1/0,A1)=0  => result TRUE
=IFERROR(1/0,A1)=""  => result TRUE
So actually the result is "empty cell" until used in some context.
